Extend Pi
The Pi coding agent is extensible: community packages add tools, skills teach it procedures, and prompt templates capture repeated workflows. PiLot Studio gives all three a visual manager inside VS Code — search, install, update, disable, or remove without opening a terminal.

A dedicated Skills tab lists installed skills and their directories. Toggle individual skills on and off per your workflow.
Reusable prompts one click away in chat — capture your team's review checklist or scaffolding patterns once.
Extensions, skills, and templates only help if you can see them. In PiLot Studio you can inspect what is installed, what each resource does, and what state it is in — then change it in place. Disabling a noisy skill takes one toggle, not a config edit and a restart.
PiLot also plays nicely with curated collections like pi-skills, and honors Pi's extraSkills / extraExtensions settings for
custom directories.
